1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fine ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Chad likes to slice fillets wafer thin for faster cooking. Roll fillets in mix. Pan fry in hot oil.
P.S…to kick it up a notch add 1 tsp. cajun seasoning
I like to serve fried fish with sliced sweet onion, grits, and sweet tea.
